Jennifer Tilly is a Los Angeles native who was born in sub-standard conditions on September 16th in 1958. Her mother was a schoolteacher and an unsuccessful actor, while her father was a salesman for cars. Jennifer is the eldest of her four siblings, went to numerous theater performances along with her mother. Jennifer was impressed. Jennifer's parents separated when she was five. Jennifer was a part of her life living in British Columbia, after her mother moved there with her four kids. Jennifer was never the studious type, despite the fact that she was quite artistic in her youth. The time she spent in Canadian schools led to her being often the target of bullying. As her love for theatre waned, she began acting in shows to support her mom. She was inspired by her mom to motivate all kids in her family to have a passion and interest for performing arts. She then began to take steps.
